frustrated, and determined.

i've committed the four summer months (may, june, july, august) of 2009 to finding the girl that moved to kansas city three years ago. i know she's here somewhere...



here's the plan:
eat better.
-the girl that moved here did NOT eat McDoubles or have ice cream five times a week. and if she did, she'd've run it off the next morning. which leads me to part II

exercise more.
-i've been made a ware that this lost girl went to the gym 4-6 days a week. i tried to go running tonight, and spent five minutes trying to get the TV to work, only to be greeted by an enitrely non-functioning treadmill. oh the frustrations.

and hopefully, regain my ability to say that i weigh 145lbs.

i jut got on a scale, in the nude, in my bathroom....

yikes.

my first goal is to lose 10% of my body weight: 18lbs.

when i step onto that scale and it says 160.8 or lower, i'm joining the gym. until then i must simply rely on my bicycle, my running shoes, and my rusty knowledge on proper eating habits and the hidden power of a bottle of water. (i once heard it would ward off any boredom hungers.)
